Booking & Timing

Private sessions are reserved, never rushed.

• By Appointment Only:  Sessions are booked in advance, typically 7–14 days prior, allowing space for concept, rhythm, and refinement.
• Session Duration:  Standard sessions last 1–3 hours, depending on the concept, number of looks, and location.
• Confirmation:  Your booking is secured once the session agreement is approved.  
• Deposit:  A deposit is required to reserve the date. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it serves as a guarantee for securing your selected shooting date.
• Privacy First:  Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. No overlapping. No distractions.

Services

• Hourly Photo & Video Shooting:  Professional photo and video sessions available on an hourly basis, tailored to your concept and visual goals. Per one hour shooting five image retouching & one video editing & post-production included in the service.
• Image Retouching:  Advance retouch of images.
• Video Editing & Post-Production:  Through precise editing, cinematic pacing, and polished finishing, we shape emotion, rhythm, and meaning frame by frame.
• Makeup & Hair Styling:  Professional makeup and hair styling services available, designed to enhance the look and align perfectly with the creative direction.  
• Makeup & Hair Artist Assistance:  A professional makeup artist remains on set throughout the session to maintain a flawless look, perform touch-ups, and adapt makeup and hair for outfit changes.
• Stylist Service:  Full styling support including clothing, accessories, and shoes, curated to create a cohesive and elevated visual identity.
• Creative Direction:  Concept development and visual guidance throughout the shoot to ensure a polished, cinematic result.
• Location Options:  Shooting can be arranged in a professional studio, a luxury hotel, or a selected custom location to match the mood and style of the project.

Before the Camera —Preparation

A great shoot begins long before the camera clicks.

• Creative Direction:  Prior to the shoot, we align on mood, references, styling, and intention. Minimal words, maximum clarity.
• Wardrobe:  Prepare 2–4 looks unless otherwise agreed. Clean, pressed, and thoughtfully chosen pieces elevate the final result more than trends ever will. Professional services can be arranged upon request.
• Hair & Makeup:  Natural, editorial grooming is recommended. Professional services can be arranged for a polished, magazine-ready finish.
• Rest & Hydration:  Sleep well, drink water, and arrive unhurried. A calm presence photographs beautifully.
• No Rush Rule:  Please arrive 10 minutes early. Art dislikes being chased by the clock.

During the Session

• Guided Posing: You do not need to know how to pose. Direction is provided gently and clearly throughout the session.
• Comfort & Boundaries: Your comfort defines the frame. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.
• Atmosphere: Music, pacing, and energy are adjusted to match your personality. This is not a factory, it’s a collaboration.

Editing & Production Philosophy

Editing is refinement, not disguise.

• Natural Retouching:  Skin remains skin. Texture stays alive. You will still look like you, just well-rested and luminous.  Unless otherwise agreed. 
• Color & Mood:  Each image is graded to match the agreed visual story—timeless, cinematic, and intentional.
• Consistency:  The entire gallery and video clip follows a unified visual language suitable for both personal and professional use.

Image Selection & Delivery

• Preview Gallery:  Within 3–5 business days, you will receive a private online gallery to select your favorites to be retouched.
• Final Delivery:  Retouched images and video clips are delivered within 7–14 business days after selection. 
• Format:  High-resolution files for print & for digital use are provided.  Upon request of raw files of the session an additional fee is applied.
• Secure Access:  Galleries upon request can be password-protected. Your privacy is non-negotiable.

Sharing & Usage Rights

• Personal Use:  You are free to share your images and videos on social media and personal platforms.
• Credits:  When possible, photographer/videographer/stylist/makeup & hair artist credit is appreciated. Art deserves its signature.
• Commercial Use:  Any commercial, brand, or advertising use requires prior written agreement.
• Discretion:  Images & Videos will never be shared publicly without your explicit consent. Silence is sometimes the most luxurious promise.

Archiving

• Storage Period:  Final images and videos are securely shared by a link for 1 month after first delivery for easy access. After this period, the files are archived on our servers up to 6 months. Once this timeframe has passed, we cannot guarantee the availability of your files.
• Re-Downloads:  During one month period, re-access is complimentary.  After 1 month period in case of need these files a re-upload fee is applied.
• Long-Term Storage:  Extended archiving is available upon request.
• Client Responsibility:  We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your files once delivered. Digital memories deserve care.
